Hello, I am Joe Torske. Devoted family man that encompasses the epitome of experience with professionalism and high quality of service. With almost a decade of real estate experience, 30 years of construction experience, ten years of serving as a city council member, along with co-owning many rental properties, I have that understanding of knowing what it takes to help a customer and work with other agents and contractors. I also have the tools to help anyone prepare to buy, sell, lease, or rent property.
With the experience I have in construction, I have the ability of pointing out what a professional contractor has done versus what Joe homeowner has done. This is extremely important to a buyer. Also, with my experience I am able to help sellers prepare their property with the least expense to maximize their profits in the sale. Understanding all the laws and regulations that go into renting properties and understanding the needs of tenants also puts me in a position to be extremely helpful to both sides of that situation. Being a former City Councilman, I also understand the importance of property taxes, municipal investments, and the importance of community.
I am a proud son, husband, father of three , and grandfather of five. With all of my clients, I've put their needs first and I've worked very hard for each and every one of them. Helping people has become my passion. A wise man told me a long time ago “don't worry about making money just make sure your clients are taken care of. That's what breeds success.” That’s the approach I take with all of my clients. Your needs are my concern and desire to fill.
